Huntsville Ballet Company opens its 2025-2026 season with two world premieres— Ashley Dolloff's “The Silver Cord”, a romantic ballet which highlights the joys and trials of covenantal love, and Gina Guerrera's “Beneath the October Moon”, which offers mystical Halloween surprises set to an original composition by Huntsville based composer and pianist Jackson Love.

Now in its 55th production, this is the timeless tale of Clara, her Prince, and a magical world that comes to life with dazzling sets, intricate choreography, and live accompaniment by the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra. From the glittering snowflakes to the joyful kingdom of the Sugar Plum Fairy, The Nutcracker is the perfect way to usher in the holidays for families and audiences of all ages

DANCER'S CHOICE SERIES IN-STUDIO PERFORMANCES February 13,14, 15, 2026 HBC Studios

Back by popular demand, the Dancer’s Choice Series places creative control in the hands of HBC company dancers, who choreograph and perform in the genres that inspire them most. These in-studio performances provide opportunity to experience the artistic excellence of HBC up close! During the Q and A portion of the program, dialogue between artists and audiences offers a rare glimpse into the innovative minds of HBC’s rising talent.  Seating is limited for public performances. Private showings for groups up to 30 guests are available by reservation at (256) 539-0961.

Huntsville Ballet Company takes the stage once again to close its 62nd season with the grandeur and grace of the classical fairytale ballet The Sleeping Beauty. Set to Peter Tchaikovsky's iconic score, this beautiful ballet incorporates enchantment, suspense, and passion.
